I ordered a simple pair of ear muffs on October 25th. The web site did not say black was out of stock. On the 26th I was informed that it would be 3-5 days until I get them. I said that was fine. Then on the 30th I was told they should be in "any day know." On the 8th of November I was told they would ship 11-12-01 and again offered a replacement. I said this was fine, because we have had unseasonably warm weather. Up until this point I had been happy with WOOL "N" STUFF. While I was disappointed that the ear muffs had not yet arrived, I had been regularly informed of their progress. On Thursday (November 15th) I e-mailed about the status of the item. No response. I attempted again on Monday, and I have still not recieved a response. It does not bother me when there are problems, however I cannot tolerate being ignored. Therefore, I must reluctantly give a bad rating to WOOL "N" STUFF and state that I likely would not shop there again.
